Regional Director’s Message
There is no denial of the value of education. It is through education one gets the awareness of who we are and what this world is all about. Each individual is equally responsible for imparting quality education to the community around him. But when it comes to the basic primary education, it is no more a privilege but a necessity, in fact a fundamental human right. Ideally state has to fulfil this responsibility; sadly every 1 child out 10 that does not go to school is a Pakistani. And there are 26 countries that are poor than Pakistan and they spend more on education than us. Keeping the issues of access and responsibilities aside when it comes to the ‘quality’, the situation is even worse. No fixed standards, declining morals, sub-standard teaching materials, lack of quality teaching staff, in sufficient attention on child’s intellectual and personal development, and may other tormenting aspects.
WE here at Dar-e-Arqam provide the remedies of all these traumas to the best of our abilities. It is the association with a prophetic cause that keeps us motivated, and we have an eye on the betterment of our children’s in this world and hereafter. Through the years the merge of Islamic and worldly (although not two in true spirit) education has been our trade mark, and still it is. We all are proud of and thank Allah that here at Faisalabad region the wide spread structural foundation of Dar-e-Arqam across the country was laid. And the people of Faisalabad share this honour with us. It is your trust in us that makes us move on. We will together inshallah with the help of Almighty keep playing our role for nourishing our future-our children, and get the reward from Allah (SWT).
